Hide the Budge by Wearing Black
Are you wearing BLACK to HIDE it, or to ROCK it?
When I was 45 pounds heavier nearly my entire wardrobe was BLACK. Not because I especially loved the color, but because I felt it hid my bulges the best. Truth be told, I rarely wear black anymore, I guess because it reminds me of a time when I felt I “needed” to. I see myself then and even with my slumpy posture, I was trying to “hide”.
Losing weight safely doesn’t happen quickly. It may take months, even years to create a lifestyle. Even now I fluctuate 10-15 pounds. I have many injuries that don’t make exercise easy for me, and a social lifestyle. It’s certainly a life long commitment.
Stop wishing for it and start by doing it. Take each day at a time and each food choice, at a time.
